Encryption can be defined as the process of concealing the contents of tool or message to make it more powerful and anonymous. There are many sub categories under encryption. Trojan horses present more difficulties in definition than at first appears. Whereas viruses are defined primarily by their ability to replicate, Trojans are primarily defined by their payload, or, to use a less emotive term, their function.
