Description: This PatchEngine is a GUI-based patch engine which compares two files and creates a GUI-based standalone patch. No runtime libaries are needed for the engine and the patch. You may specify a custom icon (32x32x16) that will be displayed in the generated patch. The PatchEngine and the created patches are both runnable under Windows 9x and Windows NT/2K.
